Aerie is a community of 7 modern homes in Corona Del Mar, California. The homes will include the latest in technology and state of the art features. Designed by Brion Jeannette Architecture and being built by Tony Valentine Construction, Aerie is the only community of its kind in Southern California with the combination of breathtaking bluff-top views, privately accessed beach cove, private yacht marina, and a walkable location near world class dining and shopping.
Every home in the Aerie community will be supplied with the highest quality water, custom plumbed to provide soft water, filtered water or purified drinking water to each fixture and appliance based on its intended use. Spot-free water plumbed to outside hose bibs will simplify maintenance of windows, skylights, and solar panels.
The water system at Aerie is the largest and most sophisticated residential system that Water Techniques has installed to date, and includes storage and pumping equipment designed to maintain ideal water pressure throughout the 50,000 square-foot property. Each unit will be protected by a custom designed leak detection system with automated “smart” notification. This system touts shut-off capability to ensure that the homes and valuables are safe from catastrophic leaks.
